I’m on a continuous quest of self-improvement. I love training and health, both physically and spiritually/mentally. I always try to have a positive mindset and a smile on my face. I like to meet new people, experience new things and rarely say no to an adventure.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I can produly say that i've swimmed to another country. What started out as a fun idea between me and a couple of friends, standing in Sweden, turned out to be a huge challenge, but after almost 3 hours of swimming we celebrated with a beer in Denmark.
