I am a Christian, saxophonist, recording engineer, and recently a culture/travel enthusiast. I enjoy learning about other people's points of view and opinions, and am always very excited for new and exciting opportunities in life. I enjoy discussion immensely, especially over breakfast food. Although I am not completely fluent in Spanish, I do speak it proficiently, and can achieve both basic instructional discourse as well as some advanced/abstract conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am going on a busking tour of America this summer (2016). Read about it at sartoriusbusk2k16.blogspot.com. I have been blessed with the opportunity to stay with many friends in many of my destinations, but I will need somewhere to for some spots. My sincerest thanks to anyone who might be able to help.

I look forward to being able to host guests in the future, once my housing situation becomes more stable; I am approaching my late college years and as such am not in a hosting position.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On a 2013 mission trip to Ecuador, I was spontaneously appointed as the English-Spanish interpreter of our group when our host/guide could no longer be with us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a decent amount of landscaping and house care experience. I am not afraid of working hard as a means to "pay back" whoever may be able to help me. I also have some basic cooking skills, as well as extensive experiencing babysitting kids (often becoming their favorite babysitter- references available upon request!)
