Hi! My name is Daniel, I live and work in Poland. I used to travel a lot with my family, when I was a kid, we used to travel all around Europe. Now because of my work I have less opportunities to travel, but still wish to do it as much as is possible. I work in theatre and film, I've written one play so far, that was met with positive reactions in Poland, and I've worked as an actor in film, TV and on stage.

When I travel I dislike being the tourist. I like to live and breathe the places I go to, and get to know them from the perspective of the locals. Also I believe people are fundamentally good, and travels are the best way to meet new and exciting people.

It would make a long list to write of all the films, music, and books I love. As for music I've recently gotten into electro-swing. I like things retro. I love cinema classics, but I'm also fond of modern block-busters. Super-hero films all the way! It would be tough to say, what my favourite movie of all time is. I love Forrest Gump, I do a Lord of the Rings marathon every other year, I'm a huge fan of the Indiana Jones movies, I think everyone should see 12 Angry Men, Whiplash, and American Beauty. I read a great deal of books on psychotherapy, I find the subject fascinating. I love reading up on mythology, there's a fantastic book by Neil Gaiman about Norse mythology. Recently I've been getting into Lovecraft's writing.

I was an extra in a film with Jim Carrey. That was I think my greatest brush with fame. I've also appeared on stage in front of 20,000 people, which was scary, but fun!

I love finding out about places, learning new things, and exploring. I'm being told I'm a good talker, and I'll be happy to tell you about my home city, and my work. I love long conversations, and I'm not afraid of intellectual challenges.

I love to cook, and I believe that cooking is best with others, so I'll be happy to show many recipies I know, and learn more about local cuisine. I love board games, and usually travel with some pocket editions. I always try to maintain positive outlook and atmosphere.
