Hi, I’m Daniel - did some Couch Surfing before but always together with friends that had their own profiles. Now I want to get started with my own profile as well and looking forward to meeting great people around the world and sharing awesome experiences. I enjoy soaking up nature and culture alike - interested in other opinions and motivations. I have traveled quite a bit now - for work and leisure - but over time I’ve become more interested in people than monuments. It’s very important to me to respect other people’s opinions and trying on a different point of view. And last but not least - having fun and sharing many laughs 😄

Because hotels are mostly the same around the world and take away a lot of the experience one could have. I suspect that my motivation will sound a lot like yours - I want to meet the people behind the high gloss tourist brochures, want to learn what makes life special in your country or city and would love your recommendations what to try or visit to see the real culture..

A last minute spot on a Couch in Brazil led to the weekend of our lives, joining the carnival with a group of new friends and dancing well into the morning hours 🎉😄
