Hello! I made a couchsurfing account 8 years ago but I chickened out and never used it (it's scary to live with random people when you're only 18). Now that I'm older, I'm ready to give it another try!

I'm a recent MS graduate from Cornell University where I studied computer science. After graduation I went to Ghana to teach computer science and I am planning to spend ~6 weeks in Asia before I head back to the US to work.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'd like to meet locals who can share their culture and lives with me. I've really enjoyed living with a missionary couple in Ghana for a month who treated me like their own grandson and through them I learned so much more about Ghana than I would have living on my own.

I hope to have a similar experience with CS! It's a plus if I can learn how to cook the local food :)
