About Me

I am a German citizen, 20 years old and currently studying economical computer science at the University Essen in NRW, Germany. This year im beginning to fulfill my dreams to see the world with my own eyes. I am hoping to meet interesting and charismatic people along the way who share the joy of people connecting and exploring culture with the possibilities of today. I can say about myself, I am a very communicative and philanthropical person. I love trying new things and when I have fun, I make the most of it. I think mutual respect is the most important virtue to practice when meeting new people and I go by the golden rule, a guest is only a guest as long as he acts as one. I definitely have the most fun with people who like interaction.

Happy to having this chance of seeing the other side of the world

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically I want to use couchsurfing first of all because it sets you off in a culturally enrichening environment compared to just a hotel, but also having the travel guidance of a private person who sees and knows the city from their own interesting point of view. It is always hard to find the best places if you are not living there and spending a lot of time in a certain area.

And of course the obvious, living expenses is money that can be saved for food and travelling around. Some cities are also quite expensive for a student to travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a student dorm and through that, meeting and becoming friends with international people from all over the world(15+ countries). Becoming familiar with different cultures and being inspired to travel around the world!
Probably going alone to the city of Antalya in Turkey when I was in a rather comforting hotel holiday with my family, went to see the culture and get to know the place and find interesting and cool spots.
