About Me
Hi, I'm a 19 year old (20 in Japan 😉🍺) history student from sunny London travelling alone for the first time. I've been working for the last 8 months so now it's time for some fun :) I'm simply looking to try new things and meet new people from all over. I'm a passionate (but quite amateur) photographer and big sport and music fan.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While traveling in Japan many people I've met recommended Couchsurfing as a great way to meet locals from places I'm visiting. I think spending the night in someone's living room is a great way to make a friend.
Interests
I'm pretty sporty and have played rugby and tennis since I was 5. I used to work part time as a junior tennis coach. I also boxed for two years at amateur level. My real love however is photography (check out some of my shots in my profile) - I'd love to go and take some shots with people I meet!

Favourite Book: Half a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
Favourite Movies Now: Cinema Paradiso and Moonlight
Camera: Canon 100d (nothing fancy but I love it)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching a Buddhist prayer ceremony on Itsukushima island was magical for me
Teach, Learn, Share
I can hold tennis coaching sessions if you've got equipment, or we can just have a game. I speak some French but am always looking to improve and practice, as well as learn totally new languages. I am always happy to practice English with anyone of course.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook a little (emphasis on the little) but always happy to try. Someone to talk to and do things in the day with. Would love to go out and shoot some photos with people but can equally chat all day.
