Overview
About Me
Hello! I'm a saxophonist, music producer, and avid traveler! I have spent chunks of time on four of the seven continents, almost always staying with families or local hosts. I have couch-surfed a lot but mostly on my bandmate's account, so I'm just starting to build up my own references.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on CouchSurfing because I have experienced it to be the single best way to meet people and to get to know a new city from a local's perspective! Plus, life is so much better when you can exchange love and mutual enjoyment as opposed to money.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in the film "Whiplash"
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach music, mainly jazz theory/harmony and cross-genre applications of musical styles, and I also teach kids how to prepare for college/professional careers in music
I love learning about political systems in unfamiliar parts of the world (even just other states in the US!). I love learning about unique cultural culinary experiences. And I love history!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great music (always a free ticket if I'm playing a show!), and sometimes a home cooked meal!
