About Me
Hi! I just quit my job as a corporate attorney to travel the world for the next year or so!
I'm smiley, goofy, genuine, adventurous, quirky, self aware, a little neurotic, enthusiastic, smart, fun, fairly well traveled, confident, athletic, yadda yadda yadda.
On my best days, I feel like I can learn from and connect with every person I come across. On my worst, I still try and treat everybody with respect and kindness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My favorite part of traveling is the people I come across along the way. I've spent a decent amount of time in hostels meeting people from around the wold. On this trip, I'm hoping to have the opportunity to spend more time with locals and see what their lives are like.
Also, I will definitely be upholding my end of the bargain and hosting couchsurfers once I establish myself again after this trip.
Interests
Travel (duh), spending time with my family, inside jokes, basketball, ping pong, biking, yoga, kayaking, pretty much every sport, finding and sharing music on spotify, stumbling upon random events, down to earth people, open mindedness, spontaneity, going out (but also staying in), dancing, awareness, communicating with people who don't speak the same language as me, boating, holistic medicine, and exclamation points!

Music, Movies, and Books
This is way too hard and time consuming to list
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Coasteering off the cliffs of Wales, snorkeling underground cenotes in Mexico, late night drunken gambling with thai locals in Bangkok, dancing new years away on the beach in Koh Phi Phi, tubing behind a boat in Halong Bay, hiking a volcano in Santorini, experiencing the wailing wall in Jerusalem, joining a bachelorrette party in Dublin, jet boarding in Lake Arenal, roaming Jacksonville as a banana
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd be happy to help any future hosts with their English, business ideas, and/ or potentially legal advice (if it was an area I knew well enough to give competent legal advice).
I'm also a great conversationalist and pretty entertaining!
Lastly, while I'd love to spend time with whoever hosts me, I'm extremely independent and don't really need any attention if my host is busy.
