Overview
About Me
Hi!
I'm currently an university student at Emory University with a major in Neuroscience. I was born in the states, but my family is originally from China. All my life, I grew up in North Carolina and Texas, and I rarely traveled abroad except for a few extended family visits. Now that I'm older, I'd love to travel the world, meet people, and make connections with people of all cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This summer, I will be travelling to Tokyo, Japan to teach at an English school and also to explore/experience daily Japanese life. I would also love to practice Japanese, as I believe the quickest way to fluency is immersion. Additionally, I would love to meet locals for cultural exchange and have fun together! I'm very friendly, have an open mind, and deeply respect other cultures! I'm excited to meet new people and explore Tokyo together.
