ABOUT ME

I've always been a nomad, living in 7 different states, 2 of them twice and always taking trips to see what I can. Just recently, I've headed out of the states and am eager to see and learn as much as possible along the way. I'm currently volunteering throughout France and Spain via WorkAway and getting to know the cutlure/area much better than a weekend will allow while learning new skills. Making the most of the 3 months I have here in Europe. I'd consider myself low maintenance, go with the flow, I love the powers of laughter, and have lived on an air mattress/sleeping pad for 3 months last year. A couch is much appreciated!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to continuously erase ignorance, learn from others, be understanding and learn to laugh at the little things.

Traveling is a great way to meet new people, learn new ideas, and appreciate the oneness of humanity.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to couchsurfing but my family and friends speak highly of it. I am surfing now and look forward to hosting when I get back to the states.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed my first couch in Paris in January and had a great first experience despite Paris shutting down for it's few centimeters of snow so I am a rookie couchsurfer. But I am a gracious guest and always make the bed or couch when I leave and promise I shower and wash my clothes! You won't have to empty your air freshener after I leave.

I am always up for new things but most of my spare time is spent reading, playing sports or swing dancing. I enjoy grabbing a beer, meeting new people, skiing, rock climbing, and watching all sports.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Whitewater rafting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, sleeping under the stars in Moab National Park, Utah, hiking through Yosemite National Park in California and Hot Air Ballooning in Albuquerque, New Mexico have been some of my greatest times. I've traveled to about 30 of the 50 states in the U.S. and have recently spent some time in Germany that left me awestruck.
