ABOUT ME
I grew up in beautiful Port Townsend, WA and went to college at Willamette University. Since then I have lived in Washington, DC, Missoula, MT, and traveled all over Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. I have worked in restaurants, in construction, and at a flying trapeze school. I am easy going, friendly, relaxed about most situations, social or otherwise, and I love a good pun. I was homeschooled until middle school by my amazing parents. I love the community atmosphere there and seeing people I know everywhere I go. But at this stage in my life, I am more interested in new experiences. I want to explore the world, or as much of it as I can, and meet new people!

Tengo 25 años y me graduè de la Universidad en los EEUU en 2012. Despues de graduarme estaba viajando por sudamerica con mis amigos de la U, que se llaman Rio y Nate. Somos malabaristas y queremos conocer todo de Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia y su gente asi. Soy muy charismatico, amable y gracioso. Vengo de un pueblo pequeño en los EEUU pero ahora quiero conocer todos los lugares del mundo que puedo y tambien conocer a nuevos amigos.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have only stayed with other couch surfers while traveling, and of course my experiences have all been great! But as soon as I have a place of my own that is big enough to host others I plan to be a host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only been a couch surfer for a couple months while traveling in South America and I had an amazing time doing it! I met some very interesting people, many of whom i would now consider my friends! Couchsurfing definitely made my trip better, more fun, and a lot more diverse.

Interests

I love juggling, soccer, ultimate frisbee, playing cards and board games, hiking, camping, singing, and listening to music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a strong preference on music most of the time and the music I choose to listen to has a huge variety of genres from EDM to folk to oldies to top 40 to glitch to rap.

I am re-reading Harry Potter as an audio book on car trips right now and it's just as good as the first time I read it. I'm also listening to Game of Thrones but it's a lot easier to listen to HP.

As far as movies go I am a huge fan of the Princess Bride and Robin Hood Men in Tights. I also love re-watching Disney movies from my childhood like Aladin and Mulan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling. I've been to Europe and traveled from Rome to Amsterdam with my family, I've been to the Amazon rainforest and seen pink river dolphines, I've been to the Galapagos Islands and swam with sea lions, penguins and turtles, I've been to Machu Picchu and I've been all over the US including the redwood forests in California, the capital in DC, the great lakes in Minnesota and the streets of New Orleans.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking about and sharing culture! Whether that be talking about the US, talking about the country I am in, talking about accents and word use with brits and aussies, whatever. It's so interesting to me. I also love teaching and learning new juggling patterns.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a pretty good cook and am more than happy to cook any host a meal while I'm visiting!
