Born and raised in Brasilia, the capital of Brasil (Yes, it is not Rio!). I work at Brazilian National Congress, but currently I am on a one year sabbatical to travel the world. I have always dreamed of seeing the world, and now I am doing it. At least a tiny bit, because when you travel you realize that the list of places to go just get bigger. It's a never ending game.

I have spent the last three months in Africa. I have been in South Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania. Now (July) I am heading to Europe to enjoy the Summer there.

A little more about me: I love eating, reading, movies, music, the basics. I love, actually I need, to do sports. I have done some weight lifting, a little martial arts (Karate and Aikido), running, bike, Crossfit... But in the last year got into Movement. Yes, just Movement. Was introduced to the work of Ido Portal and have done some training under his method. During this trip it has been hard to keep the trainings but I try to do when I can.

I like to learn. Anything. A new word in a different language. A new food. New cultures.

That's it or now. If I remember anything will add here. After all, who we are is a continuous evolution process. We are always changing.
