I am a digital nomad (hate the term, but its succint), currently in Chiang mai. I am into healthy lifestyle, spirituality, biznazz, food, expensive beer, and esoterica/mysticism. I'm really interested in healing modalities, cranial sacral therapy, chinese medicine, qi gong, shamanism, jungian psychology, and psybient music.

I love cooking (because I love eating). I am vegetarian :D

I used to play guitar and dabble in harmonica. I like blues, funk, folk, jazz, classical, and pretty much all types of music. Although my favourite lately is psychadelic ambient.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once fasted for 3 days. That was interesting. Seriously, you don't even feel hungry after the 2nd day. The main issue is just feeling weak. Not for everybody, but I'm always up for trying new things.
