About Me
ABOUT ME
Kind, analytical, nerdy.
Easygoing, patient, empathetic.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that most important are the people in our lives. Aside from good people and basic human needs, there is little else that is truly necessary for a happy life.
I believe that lifelong learning is important for a nimble mind.
Interests
Most important to me is to live with very good friends and family. Outside of this, I love to build stuff, to tinker, to experiment. Infrastructure fascinates me (both physical and social). I love learning and think it is important to continue to learn throughout one's life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Lots of music with african roots. For example, Samba, Bossa, Salsa, Cumbia, Jazz, Funk, Soul, and Hip-hop. Always trying to learn more.
Books: Satire. Science Fiction. Magical realism.
Movies: Independents, Classics, Science Fiction. Big fan of Woody Allen.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think this is a silly question. It seems like mandatory bragging for couchsurfing profiles. Some of my favorite moments while travelling were seeing Quito, Ecuador from the top of a mountain, visiting the Seaside town of Piran in Croatia, and speaking with locals in Bosnia. I also think there are countless wonderful moments in my life that were simply spent with those I care about, that might seem unremarkable otherwise.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can explain a lot about electricity and how electrical things work. I also know some interesting neurobiology, some musical history, who knows what else we may start talking about.
