I'm very much into music. I sing, play some instruments (mostly guitar), I write songs and record them on my MacBook. I think life is too short for only being a consumer, therefore I love people who produce something. I like meeting people, talking to them and hearing stories from all over the world and learn how others see things. I am interested in almost everything and always willing to learn something. I am always there, if you're ready to play a game. At the moment I'm playing Tennis, Squash and Table Tennis. And I also do love card games or board games. I'm always in for a good joke and I love to laugh. But I also like to have a serious discussion and I'm very interested in Psychology, Philosophy and in how we could make the world a better place. And in my job I try to contribute to that every single day.

I am very positive and humanistic. I always see the good of it but I don't hide problems. I'm tolerant and want to inspire people who aren't by showing them the good in human beings. I personally think that humour is the final key and a language that everyone can understand. I try to follow my dreams and I'm always willing to be an upright person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I understand the world to be one community. It's the same all over, good people everywhere you go! I would like to participate in this community by sharing all I know and learning all you know.

And Couchsurfing also is a way to bring the world to my place at times where I can't travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the midnight-sun in the Abisko National Park in Sweden, how cool was that? And then camping all alone at the seaside near Bergen in Norway and waking up with some whales swimming through the bay - absolutely amazing!

PS. Ok, that was two things - I'm sorry.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share all I know and I would like to learn a lot of what you know. I can teach you how to play the guitar, how to write songs, how to record songs on your computer and also how to play table tennis or tennis. And I can also teach you a lot about psychology and facilitation of workshops. If you like, I can also show you how to run an organization without managers. But I have to warn you, this is like a blue pill or red pill kind of thing. ;-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can for instance play a living room concert at your house for you and all your friends since this is something I have been doing regularly in Switzerland and Germany for the last five years. I can also offer consulting or coaching on whatever challenges you may face (in your job, in your project, organizational, relationships, family stuff) since this is what I do for a living. And what is more, I can cook some traditional swiss dishes like Rösti or Fondue if you like.

And maybe the most valuable one: I can share my time with you and give you my full attention. We can talk, discuss, inspire, laugh, sing, dance, drink... I am a good listener and a good companion.
