I am a student who is really interested in travelling and knowing other cultures. That is why I am studying languages. I am 20 and I am friendly and open-minded. I was born in Colombia, where I lived for 8 years, but nowadays I am living in Madrid. I have been here for 12 years. I have been on Erasmus in Romania and I am planning to go to another country in South America next year to finish my degree. I like talking a lot and meeting new people.
I am blonde, not natural but blonde, and not so tall and not so thin but ok for the standards.
I like eating a lot, I like trying different types of food from all over the world. But my favourites are: Chinese, Italian, Spanish and Colombian food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am basically using this platform to do a quick immersion in the culture of the country I am visiting. And also to provide the people who visit Madrid a quick immersion too.
I would really like to start travelling in a different way. I want to go and see the most important things in a city but I also want to be able to do a cultural exchange with local people. To get to know their country better maybe by knowing their history or their traditions. Or maybe just by going to take a beer and chat with them, so that I can know them. Because I really like knowing people and asking them a lot of questions about their lives (not too personal questions)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like every type of music. I prefer Pop, but I also like a lot Rock and some Rap. When I was little I wanted to be like Britney Spears. Now, I like Major Lazer and Dj. Snake. But I can listen to every type of music.
My favourite movie is Forrest Gump, I really like tom Hanks. I like drama or fiction. I prefer comedy in shows, not movies. I really like shows, Narcos is the last one I am seeing
My favourite book is One Hundred Years of Solitude and I am great fan of Harry Potter's books. I really love them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very interested in learning basic things in every language, i really find that really useful and I can teach things in Spanish or in other language I know.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show them Madrid and tell them the places where I usually meet with my friends for a beer. I can show them places to eat typical things and not so typical but good things and I can also teach them so Spanish if they want to. I cannot host people in my house nowadays but I can be a good company while they stay in Madrid.
