I've recently moved to China and I'm having a hard time making friends since nobody here speaks English and my Chinese knowledge is very limited. I'm very outgoing, I love travelling and I miss my friends like hell.

Music, Movies, and Books

Sadly, I judge people based on their taste in music. If I ever find someone as desperate as me with respect to Conor Oberst's music, I will marry that person, boy or girl. I like Sigur Ros, indie or experimental music but lately I've had a thing for K-pop and Chinese traditional music.
The Fountain (2006) is the best movie ever. I can't believe it was released 10 years ago.
My favorite author is Gunter Grass, I devoured all his books. Now I'm reading Mo Yan and I think he's awesome too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

By far the most amazing thing I've done was talking to Evgeni Plushenko. Everyone should know him, he's the best figure skater of all times! I've been in love with him since I was 6, and the only reason I studied Russian in college was to understand his interviews. I had to run 3 kilometers in Saint Petersburg but I got to meet him and talk to him as he was carrying the Olympic torch! Best day of my life!
