Hi everybody! My name's Daniela from Mendoza, Argentina. I have always loved travelling and have been thinking about this for ever. I got my college degree three years ago and that's when I started to make this dream come true.
I lived in Melbourne,Australia, with a work and holiday visa. Then I hiked along south east Asia for several months. I felt it was not yet time to go back home so I headed towards New Zealand with the same kind of visa. After different jobs and having met hundreds of friends and amazing places, I decided to take a new adventure, me and my backpack.
I trully love travelling, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, singing, watching movies and sharing a meal and a good conversation with people from all over the world.
I see myself as an open-minded person, pro-active, sensitive to other people's needs, helpful and always trying to learn from every little experience. I have been part of the Scouts Group since I was 14, and it has become a pilar in my life. They taught me how enriching it is to just give expecting nothing back, love others and love nature. I have now decided to be the one who teaches this and have become a leader to the youngest ones in the Scouts.
I enjoy travelling, meeting people, learning about different cultures and languages.

Hola a todos!!!! Soy Daniela de Mendoza, Argentina.Desde chica me gusta viajar y siempre tuve la idea en mi cabeza. Hace 3 años terminé mi carrera universitaria y que empecé con este gran sueño.
Viví un año en Melbourne, Australia con una visa Work and holidays. Luego viaje por el sudeste asiático como mochilera varios meses. Creí que no era el momento de volver a Argentina y decidí hacer otro año en Nueva Zelanda con la misma visa. Después de mucho trabajo, conocer nuevos amigos y lugares increíbles, decidí volver a aventurarme con la mochila.
Amo viajar, pasar tiempo con amigos y familia, escuchar música, cantar, ver películas y compartir una comida con una buena charla.
Me considero una persona de mente abierta, pro activa, solidaria y siempre con ganas de aprender cosas nuevas.
Hace 14 años tuve la oportunidad de conocer el movimiento scout siendo hoy una parte indispensable de mi vida. Como beneficiaria me enseñaron lo gratificante que es dar sin esperar nada a cambio, amar al prójimo y la naturaleza. Hoy decidí ser yo quién transmita este estilo de vida y es por eso que me formé para educar a los mas pequeños.
Disfruto viajar, conocer nuevas culturas, idiomas y personas.

I've heard wonderful comments on this style of travelling, as it opens doors to meet new people and spend little money on trips.
Unfortunately, i dont have many references to offer as i am new at this, but i hope to have the chance to meet you and share valuable experiences soon.

Porque me hablaron muy bien de éste sitio, el cual es un buen lugar para conocer gente de todos lados del mundo y poder viajar de una manera mas económica.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am eager to share my experience as a solo traveller, my knowledge and everything about what it is like to live abroad, surrounded by different languages and traditions. I would also love to share stories and traditions from my own country, my hometown and help learn my language to anyone who would like to learn it. Of course, the Scouts values and life style is a worth sharing topic too.
