About Me

Hello Couchsurfers! I would consider myself a nomad, making any current area I'm in my home. I enjoy sharing and learning skills I've cultivated throughout my travels, from permaculture workshops to cooking tips. I rarely plan my trip too far ahead, following wherever life takes me. I am considering going back to studies (psychology/social work), currently focusing on painting projects and writing music. Excited to meet you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been travelling for 2 years now, and have seen how generosity and kindness could really make a trip special. A warm meal, a roof over the head, basic human care and connection is what I strive for.

Interests

I graduated in film/photography and still dabble in it when inspiration strikes. I've picked up hoola hooping last year, so grateful to now be a part of the flow community around the globe. I draw a lot in my spare time and play guitar whenever the instrument is around.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste varies a lot, from dad-rock classics to funky jazz experimental bands, to old school punk (formerly in a band myself) or the good old festival-vibe bass. For books, I enjoy Stephen King's thrillers or travel-musts such as On the Road or the Alchemist. I love psychological films, often foreign or a low budget indie gem.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the pleasure of joining a few Rainbow family people in Mongolia for a month. We organised a horse caravan, stayed with some locals in the hills, connected with each other, with ourselves, and with nature's calculated chaos. Connecting with my horse was one of the most vulnerable, intimate, and growing experiences to date.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak 3 languages fluently and would very much enjoy helping anyone practice. I could also share whatever knowledge I have on tattooing, playing guitar, or cooking!
