About Me

I, like all couch surfers, LOVE travelling! Since I graduated from high school it's been pretty much all I've been up to. I feel like I'm defined by my journeys so I thought Ill tell you all about them.

I started with a year in New Zealand, working as a daytime nanny and exploring the country on the weekends, late weekdays and holidays. I fell in love with the country, was a beauty that I had never laid eyes on before. I followed up with Dublin, Ireland, where I spent 8 months saving for an adventure in Australia. I spent too much money in the pubs since I was living too close to them, but after 8 months I had enough.

Then I spent a year in Australia, from the east to the south to the west to the north, I did my best trying to see the whole continent within a year. My best experience was working on a boat in the Kimberleys, I've always wanted to work on the ocean and it turns out I absolutely love it!
When I felt pretty much done with Australia for that time, I booked a ticket to Nepal. I spent a few months there challenging myself as hard as I could, doing volunteering, meditating (Vipassarna) and trekking to Mount Everest base camp. I then took a bus to India and fell in love once again. India was by far the most fascinating country I'd ever been to.
Then money ran out, so I took my last dollars and booked a ticket home.

I worked at home for 6 months, then flew to Cuba and Mexico where I spent the next 6 months. After I travelled around Europe for the summer, then went back to America, Argentina, to study one semester at UBA.

Then I spent the best winter of my life in a little town on the coast of Uruguay, travelled up the coast of Brazil and somewhere there had a skypeinterview and ended up living and working on a sailboat for a year. 6 months in Europe and 6 in the Caribbean.

Then a summer back home... now were in 2017. I flew to Ghana in september to start my discovery of the African continent.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard good things about couch surfing and thought it was about time I tried it! I would like to host people when I get home but for now I'll be around Central America , possibly south too. I'm on couch surfing with the hopes of finding like minded people, mad people! I like people who are extraordinary and enjoy life! People that read a lot, people that like to step out of their comfort zone! People that question everything with a spark in their eye.
