About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore! Meet new people. Experience new things. Use my abilities and energies in productive ways.

ABOUT ME

I am originally trained as a lawyer but have recently quit my lawyer job (I was a union-side labor lawyer representing employees and unions) and am considering new things and opportunities.

I grew up in the strange and beautiful prairie heartland of Edmonton, Canada. I have lived in Toronto since 2011.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like other couchsurfers I have met in my travels. I also really like the idea of people sharing their space and community with others in an uncommodified, non transactional way.

Interests

I enjoy cycling, distance running, reading anything and everything, left wing politics, the NBA, music (playing and listening) and film.

In 2019 I completed my first half marathon and marathon.
