Once you are registered, you can decide which polling location you want to go to during the 10 days of open polls... unless you wait until the last day, when only 1 precinct location will let you cast a ballot.

With the low voter turnout in local elections, a few votes really can change the outcome of important races affecting your firefighters, police, property and sales taxes, roads, schools, and so on.

As a teenager living with relatives in Utah, I earned the Eagle Scout award besides varsity letters in swimming and track & field. Having spent my childhood up north, I like to be warm, and even enjoy the summer heat. After graduating with my B.S., I joined the State Guard as part of the Civil Engineer Augmentation Team. In ROTC as a cadet for four years during college, I earned the national champion distinction for military drill competition. Now, I can do 200 push-ups or 20 pull-ups in a set, and I am an avid cyclist but would like a running/fitness partner to work up to a marathon eventually. Saint, Scholar, Scout, Servant, Sinner, Soldier, Son, Spirit... some of several slogans.

PHILOSOPHY

I have wanted nothing more in life than to be a good, honorable husband and father.
Psalms 118:24, "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!"
2 Nephi 2:25, "Adam fell that men might be, and men are that they might have joy."

Years ago, I started facilitator certification for a cuddle party program, and my hobby is offering the best hugs ever (with a sign I made that explains they are mutually therapeutic platonic embraces).
