Overview
About Me
I am 31, yet I am trapped in what they call academia, which basically means I never left school. A lot of scientists brag about their degrees and overqualification, I feel like I'd rather be selling coconuts on some beach in the northeast of Brazil.
I'm just kidding, this is actually part of my personality. I like to sound like I'm getting old and bitter of my job, but this is only partly true. =P
You have a better chance to catch me chatting about music, travelling and food, rather than science. But I'll get into that after a few pints. (If one insists -.-')
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because, although I am 31, I am still as broke as an undergrad student.
Plus, it's always more fun to meet the locals than joining tour guides and the "selfie" patrol.
Interests
I'd say travelling beats everything else, but for now I have to pretend I like Science as well. =P
I'm kidding. I like Science. Or do I!?

Music, Movies, and Books
It's hard to list favourite music and films, it's enough to know that I like it a lot. Any genre. Not too keen on romcoms, but will watch nonetheless. It's also my favourite conversation topic.
I know I should, but I don't really read. =/
Except the Bible, I love the Bible.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have worked for Walt Disney World - Orlando before. How amazing is that!? Is not. -.-'
I can reveal the stuff that happens on the backstage and break your childhood dreams. (Spoiler alert: Tinker bell at Magic Kingdom is actually a male chinese acrobat)
