What to visit?
Of course, you already know The Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Scuola Normale in Piazza dei Cavalieri but Pisa has much more to offer:

The street art all around the city, check small streets for the best pieces;
https://wearegaylyplanet.com/italia/street-art-pisa/

The city hall - part of the city hall is still in the ancient building, ask for a free map if you need it;
https://goo.gl/maps/BEEUmJsMRqaMiV7N7

Giardino Scotto - a fortress that was turned into a garden, a good place for resting but check the opening time. It has dungeons but they are probably closed;
https://goo.gl/maps/bwJYgGBt11Tq3XE97

Le Piagge - a portion of the river shores with no buildings, a nice green area;
https://goo.gl/maps/M8c6iF5LTVJfGpuB9

Piazza delle vettovaglie - a traditional open-air market (kinda touristic though) during the day and a nice place to grab a beer at night;
https://goo.gl/maps/gPNd5mJo1SornuxM9

Piazza dei Cavalieri - visit it during the day and then go back at night to listen to some music. All the musicians of the city gather here to have a good time and enjoy some music (especially during weekends);

The Cathedral near the Tower is free, ask for a free ticket!

Navi antiche - roman trireme (ancient war galleys) preserved because trapped in mud. Kinda expensive;
https://www.navidipisa.it/en/

Museo San Matteo - there are many delicate parts and items of ancient churches, stored there for preservation. Very cheap ticket.

What to do at night?
On Mondays Bazeel hosts a cool Erasmus night with board games and similar organized by esn, you should check it;

On Fridays there is a nice boardgames event organized by Oxyzo in Stazione Leopolda (the event is free but 1€ donation would be nice😉);

If you like boardgames Visit dungeon street and goblin café, the first is a shop where you can play card games, board games for free and the second is the same thing but also a Café
