Hola I'm Daniele!

Im currently in Buenos Aires visiting a friend :) I come from Italy and I'm working as a German amd English teacher, right now I am taking a nice long break and I'll be traveling around Argentina and south Brazil for the next 3 months.

I am very curious about Brazilian and Argentinian culture, I would love to learn more about the history, to get in touch with people and share some meaningful moments with whoever I find on my way :) mostly i am interested in music, i really enjoy jam sessions and live music! I would also love to learn to dance some cuarteto, cumbia or samba.
I have been studying languages and literatures at University so I am definetely open to learn more about South American poets and super happy to have a tandem with someone who would like to teach me basics of Spanish or Portuguese in exchange of some Italian/German/English.

As a guest I like to have a connection with hosts and be able to spend some nice conversations. I am always ready to hear any kind of suggestions or tips about places to visit or things to try out and I am open to share some good time together. I am very respectful of other people's spaces and needs, I am tidy and clean, and I can adapt very well to any conditions set by the host.
I am also happy to share my interest with people at home. I like playing and writing music with my guitar, singing songs, reading and writing poems, discovering new places, going for walks, cooking some nice healthy food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to visit places through the eyes of the locals and I am interested in getting in touch with the Couch surfers community to build eventually some good connections with travelers
