About Me

Hi guys, here's Daniele and I'm a 23-y.o. boy from Italy. I was born in a small town in the south, then I moved to chaotic Naples in order to study at university. I spent 6 months in Berlin last year, and now I'm living between Potenza, my hometown, and Naples.
My plan is to move to London and spend some months working, since I'd like to improve my English language skills in order to apply for a British university next year.

I am open-minded, easy-going, friendly. I hate prejudices, stereotypes, sexual and ethnic discrimination.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard about it from some friends and I'd like to try this new experience as well. I'm really interested in traveling and meeting new people and cultures. Couchsurfing looks like the best way to travel in a cheap way and to enhance mutual help and sharing, which are fundamental in our multicultural world.

Interests

Traveling is what I love the most.
I just don't like staying always in the same place, I feel like I'm missing interesting things that happen around the world. I really love meeting new people from other cultures and I think there's a lot I can learn from them (and from you as well, dear reader).

I also like cooking and good food,
coffee and wine,
ancient, modern and contemporary art,
architecture,
electronic and techno music,
music and cultural festivals,
meeting people and talking about life without prejudices and stereotypes.

However, listing my interests is a limit. I can say that I'm an inquiring person, in a positive meaning: I like discovering new stuff!

What I Can Share with Hosts

What can I offer to my hosts? What a difficult question! I can cook for you some genuine italian dishes (I am not a real cook, but I am quite well at cooking - at least that's what my friends say), I can teach you some Italian, give you some advice for your next trip to Italy and... what else? I can offer your my congeniality and I hope we will have good time together!
