About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet nice people, nice places and meet myself too. Leave a good thought or/and a good feeling in every person I meet travelling, and get the same from them.

ABOUT ME

I'm from Montevideo, Uruguay.
I love travelling. As I read once in a book, I am a wandering soul, but one that always loves to go back home too.
I am an economist. I worked 8 years for a bank and in 2014 I decided that, although I lernt a lot and made good friends there, I wasn t happy at that job. So I resigned and started to travel firstly and then I took a Master in Valencia and preparing myself to start to work in social economics. Now, back in Uruguay since december 2015, I m working on that, putting a lot of energy in social projects!!!
At my leisure, I spend time with my family, with my friends and with my godson. I have a fantastic group of friends, brothers that I was able to choose. My godson is the son of one of my friends. He s only 3 years old and is my little angel, who takes a lot of smiles from me every weekend.
I have been in a lot of places, specially in America, Oceania, Europe and Asia. I think couch surfing is a good way to get the essence of the places and to meet nice people.

PHILOSOPHY

2 important searches.

To make questions and look continuosly for the answers. And when I find the answer, to make new questions.
I love questions, that s my engine.

And the other important search is for balance, to find that state in which we are not disproportionately affected by success and failure. Both are ephemeral.

I listen to all kind of music and I love to go to concerts, shows. Music is a fantastic way to live a moment with people, specially from different countries, with different languages. Music feelings are universal, I have experienced it travelling and sharing moments with people through the music. Some of my favourite groups:

Favourites books, a lot, and all kind of literature. Recently, "Sidharta" and "Steppenwolf" from Herman Hesse have captivated me. I love books as "The Count of Monte Cristo" or the biographys of Dalai Lama and Steve Jobs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life is full of amazing things you do or see but I will focus in trips that is the topic that connect us at Couchsurfing.
My best travel experience has been Myanmar, in 2014. The place is amazing and people there is extremely nice and friendly, always with a smile to give to you. A lot of stories from there, that I can share with you, if you invite me to your couch! ja

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Sometimes we don t now all the things we are able to teach. I think the key is the attitude and definitely I love to share my small knowledge with the people I meet.
Learn: The same. I love to receive an interesting thought, a phrase that makes me meditate or simply to share impressions.
Share: Good moments!! Smiles!! Have fun!!!
