ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old student living in London.
I'm not really a laze-around-the-pool guy. I like to explore and see things. I am quite a calm person but love to be spontaneous and have fun. Coy but quirky. I hope to see new places and meet interesting people. I want to mature myself. I've enjoyed doing voluntary work both locally and abroad. I want to live my life to the full from this very moment.

PHILOSOPHY

Go for whatever you want, don't let anyone tell you that you can't. It's not the years in your life that count but the life in your years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this moment, I'm very open minded to how I'm going to participate here. Of course, I want to travel and see new places and meet new people. I also have this crazy dream of moving to a completely new place and starting over. I am also happy to do voluntary work abroad. I've already done work in Kenya, Uganda and South Africa. I will probably grab any opportunity at this point.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed for several months in Amsterdam. I've had the most amazing adventures there! I enjoy going to fan meetings of the Russian music duo t.A.T.u. I have been to Belgium, France, Germany and Netherlands to meet other fans. They are always a blast! I also had fans stay with me here in England. I also lived in South Africa for 10 weeks of this year with a host family. I worked in a vegetable garden, a school, a disabled group and ran a drama group inside the house. Amazing time!

Interests

I love old horror flicks. I'm becoming a reader. I am a big fan of the Russian music duo t.A.T.u. and am currently following their solo careers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm quite a thrill seeker. I've done sky diving, white water rafting, bungee jumping and such things. I camped across Uganda and Kenya and visited many poverty stricken areas, it opened my eyes wide. When I was a teenager, I used to be too frightened to leave my room. Now I take any opportunity I can (to a certain extent) to get out my room and live.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've had experience of working abroad in East Africa and South Africa. I've worked as a youth worker and a carer for elderly people, so I've pretty much worked with all walks of life.
