ABOUT ME

I am 26 years old and totally loving this unfolding adventure of life. When in college, I became very involved in climate activism and social change, and found myself looking for deeper root causes of the crisis we are in. This led me to find meditation and spirituality, and I am now trying to merge worlds of social change and mindfulness and cultural change. I love to dance, cook delicious food, play music, have deep conversations, explore nature and the outdoors, and meditate.

PHILOSOPHY
