ABOUT ME

visited 111 countries so far (yes, one-hundred and eleven! We can have the discussion what constitutes a country or a visit, love it 😆 ) and lived in 11. And want moreeeeeeeeee! because world is just such an immensely amazing place.. and there's so much to learn from anybody and in any situation! and that constant learning is the purpose of my life :-)
what can you share with me?

Modest as I am, I promise you never met a person like me :) I'll have amazing stories to share, I love to learn and teach, and my utmost life mission is to make people around me smile.. I'm a perfect guest - I'm clean & tidy, completely flexible (can be 100% independent or spend all time with you, depending on what you like ;) ). I have ZERO needs (floor is all I need), because it's not about money (I can take you to dinner), but about #livingitlocal

I will do my best to leave lasting impact beyond the time of our meeting.. willing to take up the challenge?

food: vegetarian (since 6yo, and yet tallest in my family and run marathons, did a full IronMan triathlon in 2014;) )
favorite place in the world: Mt Fuji
languages: 6-7, depending how to count
spend time on: entrepreneurship, biking, my dog, anime, history, reading, endurance sports (Iron Man, anybody? 11 marathons, biking 2000km+ solo in many places in the world)

PHILOSOPHY

my current biggest interest is entrepreneurship. Giving my best there! Working as management consultant (Ex-McKinsey)

"life is like a chocolate-box.. you never know, what you will came across" ;-) the same with me: you can find two completely different at me.. I love smiling, I want to be happy and make other people happy, I still hope I'll change the world one day..

life's a gift: I want to use it as good as I can :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

sharing ideas with people, enjoying together, going to group meetings.. but most importantly, sharing cultures - discovering and being discovered :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed around 100 times and hosted few times, but till now... absolutely only positive!

for me CS is, even though meet the person first time, like traveling to old friend. Love it.

Interests

Entrepreneurship, startups, lean methodology. Maybe we can start something together or just discuss ideas?

others: "Football is like a fencing. It's a noble art".. and everything about this subject; -)

I am a super active person, life is too short! so especially outdoor, mountains, but also party, meeting new people, widening my horizons.. i love learning :)

And something, that changed my life a lot - books. Live without them would be just sad..gray..in books we can find worlds, that are the same with our imagination..or some characters, that are fulfilment of our dreams, desires.. I love books :)

my current biggest interest is anime.. or so-called japanese cartoons :) do you know any of them? ^^

animals: it's something I can speak about all the time :) most of all: dogs.. and everybody knows, that dogs are better than cats.. :>

I could also add: running outside during thunderstorm, bicycle, knowing new people, voleyball, Air Soft Gun (ASG), chess, listening to other people laugh (especially if thanks to me :) ), good music, writing my small piece of poetry, lying on the grass and watching clouds, wandering, thinking (however, thinking may sometimes be dangerous :>), smelling flowers..

and so on :) there's plenty of things I'm interested in.. and there are always new things I have never experienced yet, but I could love them if I get know them better :)

so..the best interest is to check new things but to not forget about old ones!; -)

one thing more I reminded myself.. I love the lazy sound of the keys floating in the air.. it brings back memory of my dog, which whenever heard it stood up eagerly waiting for a walk, waging her tail.. how could I resist and not go with my sweet Luthien then..? I love to be seduced :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

biking from Poland to Turkey (2100 km in 21 days)?

THE FULL IRONMAN TRIATHLON (yeah, that's 3.6 km swim, 180 km bike, 42 run)??

600 km by bike through mountains Tokyo-Kyoto in 3 days THROUGH MOUNTAINS?

climbing Mt Fuji from the sea level? (50 km, 24 hrs/ 3700m altitude difference)

bungee? sky-diving (and a licence :) ?

a trip around Europe (12 days) including 8 plane flights which cost me, all together, 150 euro?

having the most beautiful dog in the world? oh, how I love my life.. but all it means nothing, if I cannot share it with others ;)
