About Me

CURRENT MISSION

accepting the present moment as it is

ABOUT ME

I am a quite average young but aging man, traveling the world since more than four years now. I enjoy deep conversations and just going with the flow. I am not too much into sightseeing anymore and rather enjoy good company and good food. Less is many times so much more.

PHILOSOPHY

Wanting creates time :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even though I am in couchsurfing for a while now, I am trying it for the first time. so far i did bump into lovely people by chance and I travelled very low budget countries, so that i did not make the effort to search on couchsurfing. Now I am very curious and happy to see how couchsurfing works out for me.

Interests

I practise Zen Meditation in the Tradition of Plum Village and I am interested to meet other practioners in different traditions. And I did spent now 2 years diving into the world of plant medecine and the healing art of sound and music, and am always happy to meet like minded people.

Apart from that, life always provided me with something that awakened my interest.

  • meditation
  • music
  • alternative medicine
  • simple living

"The unthethered soul" Michael. A. Singer,
books by Pema Chodron,

books by Thich Nhat Hanh,
books that take me into new worlds ;)

Movies that challenge my mind and touch my heart.
and I like music that moves me to the core.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had some incredibly amazing moments in life that left me awestruck, and I am very happy to share them in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to learn from you in everyday situations. And i would love to join into jam sessions of all kind, since i discovered my love for music recently.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach how to play the Andean Flute (Quena) and can share my basic knowledge in playing guitar.
And I am happy to share my personal awakening experiences, meditation techniques and methods to work with the mind in a more skillfull way, and suffer less with daily challenges.
