About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy the summer!

ABOUT ME

I go for vacations on the 20th of July! I can host before that

Just finished my studies and started working for the first time in my life which is super exciting. Still feel like a student though. Unfortunately it means I can no longer party on weekdays, at least not as much as before ;)

I kinda recently got hooked on climbing. It's super fun to do even if it's your first time, so I'd love if you'd join me! I also dance in a student orchestra. I hope to bike from Stockholm to Nordkapp in northern Norway next summer.

If you visit me I can show you around Stockholm and it'd be fun if we did something together if I'll have time (Like chilling at home drinking tea, searching for raves in the nearby forest, some crazy idea you have)

PHILOSOPHY

Feeling of self worth should be based on how hard you try, not whether you succeed or not.

Always put learning before pride.

The best thing you can do right now is to do the best thing you can do right now - not thinking about what you could have done earlier. So even if you fucked up you need to start to get it right. NOW!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In my current view traveling is mostly about the people you meet. Couchsurfing makes you not only meet wonderful people, it also makes you able to do much more traveling as you save a lot of money and Sweden is pretty expensive!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few and got hosted in need. Also: Polish people seem to always bring a bottle of vodka. To summarize, my couchsurfing experience was awesome!

Interests

In Sweden we do a sport called orienteering. You run around, usually in the forest, with a map and compass as fast as you can finding checkpoints. Around May, my local club has a competition where you run 5 km orienteering while drinking 6 beers. I'm quite new so I'm usually one of the last ones in a race, but here I'm always one of the best ;)

I also like climbing. It's super fun just to hang out trying to do a hard boulder route with a few friends. If you have time here we should go!

I enjoy hiking and each year I pay my brother in Scotland a visit, where we go to to the Highlands to hike in the mountains. Other mountains I've enjoyed are for example the ones in Hong Kong, polish Tatra Mountains etc.

I one tried scuba diving in the Philippines and it was so awesome! Just levitating above the seafloor seeing all this life I've never seen before. I'd really really like to do this again.
