About Me

I am a student at Santa Monica College, studying English-creative writing with a minor in art history. I am passionate about writing poetry, blogging, short stories, really anything that has to do with art, the human spirit, psychology, philosophy, and adventure. I am a huge yogi. My goal is to be a travel writer/blogger, and to write journalism about the arts, spirituality, and wellness. I make and sell essential oil blends infused with crystals and flowers as a side hobby/passion as well, as I love aromatherapy and therapeutic oils. I read and write extensively. I go to Burning Man to spread my creativity and passion and love. I love festivals and live music. I love a good philosophy conversation. I am very outgoing and kind, always seeking inspiration and the muse- I live and breathe my art, and am always working on how to deepen and expand it. I'm currently living in Los Angeles and spend alot of my time in Venice Beach, jammin with artists, writers, poets, and yogis/those on a spiritual path.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am starting to travel more for self-discovery, reading; writing, meeting people, exploring museums, art galleries, beaches, Buddhist temples, and national parks, taking photos, bringing my typewriter around; writing poems for donations, and meditating. I want to stay with locals who have similar interests to mine so they can help me discover the best art and scenic sites in their city and have genuine, good company and conversation. My goal is to write extensively about everywhere I visit, the people I meet and the things I do, and the revelations and observations that I will experience on this trip. I would love to meet people also interested in art, literature, adventure from around the world. Most of all, KINDNESS is my biggest value! I want to connect with people who are always kind and respectful, because that's how I am!
