Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's always great to meet new people, make new friends and learn about new cultures.

Interests

New foods, beautiful landscapes and interesting stories from other people are some of the best parts of travelling. While visiting museums can be great, there is something nice about a leisurely stroll around town, grabbing a bite to eat at a place you've never been and enjoying the scenery. While at home, I mostly spend time with a book, team sports like soccer and ultimate frisbee, or trying new restaurants.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The view of the city of San Sebastian in the north of Spain is breathtaking from up on its surrounding hills, beautiful green hills and a sparkling blue bay. Being in Cairo during the coup of July 2013 and watching the millions gathering in Tahrir Square on television as they gathered less than a mile from my apartment.
