Hey,
I'm Danielle, a 24 year old nomad. Having not found my 'home' yet, I set off to see the world a year and a half ago. I started traveling when I was 18. I lived in England for a year and was able to spend my spare time traveling Europe. Since then I have visited many countries and met many amazing people! I would love for my journey to include you! Im an openminded free spirited, very happy traveler spending most of my time outside! ! I love adventure and trying new things. I'm a foodie, and would do anything for a good cup of coffee. I'm currently in Chamonix, France!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently joined couch surfing, because I think the element of staying with a "local" is great and I would like to take the opportunity to learn from the people I stay with about where they're living. My priorities in a city/town/village are to source the best cup of coffee, and the best spot for live music. I would love to get YOUR insight into what those places may be!

I hope that in the future once I have traveled and lived across the world that I can offer my 'couch' to people in a similar traveling situation. I will be happy to share my home city/town/village with others and show them a great time, or if only needed, a couch to crash on, but for now it would be more than appreciated if I could spend a night or two on others couches!

I enjoy reading adventure books and magazines or articles related to my hobbies such as hiking, camping and travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks with a friend on their sailboat in the Whitsundays and around the Great Barrier Reef. Stand up paddle boarding over the reed and sleeping on the deck of the boat every evening soaking up the stunning surroundings. Life changing

Teach, Learn, Share

I am passionate about crafting, outdoors, sports and hiking!
I'm currently spending my time learning French (slowly), learning the ukulele (again - slowly), running and planning my next hiking adventure. I love a good cup of coffee, and will never turn down the opportunity to eat good food.
I enjoy learning from others, wether it be travel tips, general life experiences you're sharing your finest party tricks with me.
