Hello everybody!
my name is Danielle, I grew up in Italy but I live in Sweden now (my beloved home country). I am literally in love with Stockholm!
I am a biologist studying to get my master in ecology focusing on plant/alpine/arctic ecology and climate change, but I have A LOT of other interests too!
I love learning languages, painting, being out in Nature, visiting new places and meet people from other countries to ask them a lot of questions about the world! I'm a very curious person.
I also like history and will be working as guide in a museum here in Stockholm for the summer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new still to couchsurfing!

The possibility of being hosted by someone who actually lives in the place I want to visit is like the coolest thing ever, I hope you people don't mind being asked a lot of questions!
Plus I get the chance to see other people's culture, food, habits and stuff

last but not least, couchsurfing is much more affordable both for my wallet (hey, I'm a student) and for the environment (hey, I am also an environmental activist student)

I grew up with classical music, had a metal and punk adolescence, now I just love all kinds of music!
I'm not going to list my fav books, the list is long and I can't decide which ones I prefer the most

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm young and I have probably not done as many amazing things as most of you yet, however, my amazing things have been climbing up the mountains up to 3000 meters asl and having been far north and seen the northern lights

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the languages I speak (I teach french here) ,
I want to learn everything, especially languages,
I am always up to share opinions, ideas and knowledge, especially about ecology and climate change or philosophy

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately I cannot host people yet as I myself am a "guest" (renting a room in someone else's house) but I hope I will be able to do it in the future!
