I am 21 and am currently working as a server to make money before my trip. I grew up in a small town in Alberta. You haven't seen small unless your graduating class is with seven other people! I am young and want to have fun exploring the world. I am down for pretty much anything, but I also get that I am mature for my age. I love volunteering, working with children, experiencing new things, and being surrounded by friends and family. This past year has been a transition year after I graduated and honestly I'm not ready to "settle down" I want to make the most of life and that is why I decided to pickup and leave everything at home! This trip is about trying new things and enjoying everything life has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a young traveller who has gotten a small taste of travelling throughout my youth travelling to an array of countries from Scotland to most recently Thailand. This is my first trip backpacking though and I would love to have locals who are familiar with the country to show me the best places to see. I went with a tour group in Thailand and I felt like I missed out on half of the amazing things that it had to offer. So what better way to see the country from the eyes of the people that see it everyday! My friend and I are travelling Australia for the next 6 months and would love to have a couch to stay on while we are touring the country
