Overview
About Me
My name is Danielle and I am 21 years old. I'm studying abroad this semester and it is my goal to experience life. And what's the best way to do that? Travel the world! I come from Ohio, USA and am studying business at Radboud University, the Netherlands. I am a very outgoing person and love to meet new people. I first decided to do Couchsurfing because my friend told me what an amazing experience it was for her.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems like a very rewarding housing option and I can appreciate the connection that both the guest and the host can experience by sharing one's home.
Interests
You know, I really love to do everything. I'm adventurous, outgoing, and a very happy person! I love to play volleyball and basketball, go hiking and camping, play piano, ski and snowboard, running- I try to every day, participate in triathlons, volunteer, travel and gain new experiences, kayak, do yoga, and paint. Also, I like doing crazy things and going on awesome adventures!

I love chick flicks so anything funny and romantic -_- haha no judgments please! And I really enjoyed the books Freakanomics and All The Devils Are Here: Unmasking the Men Who Bankrupted the World.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I won the 2012 Servant Leader Video Scholarship worth $40,000. I guess you could say I love to give back! I also climbed to the most dangerous point of Monserrat in Barcelona, Spain :D
Teach, Learn, Share
"You know, if you give a man a fish- you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for life." I'm not sure what I could teach people, I guess it depends on what the person is interested in learning.
What I Can Share with Hosts
