I am 28 from Australia and I just quit my job and moved out of my place to travel around Costa Rica and Panamá!

Hi everyone I have been travelling around Costa Rica for the last 2 weeks with G Adventures and whilst it was fun it was a very touristy experience, most of the people in each town spoke english and served western food, I am looking for a more authentic travel experience and to improve my Spanish so I am going to give couch surfing a try to see if I can meet some different/interesting people and learn about other cultures
