About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to discover even more beautiful places and people around the world
ABOUT ME
I have a very hard time describing myself as I am always growing and changing. I have been mostly traveling for the past couple years- spending the majority of the time in Portugal and Central America.
I am a social worker by profession and although I loved my jobs working with teenagers, I was happy to take advantage of this time in my life to travel, grow, and get to know myself more. My work while traveling includes teaching English online as well as teaching yoga & meditation. I received my yoga teacher certification in Costa Rica and enjoy blending Kundalini & vinyasa.
There is so much to explore in life and I will never cease to be amazed with this world and the people in it. I look for the inherent value in all people and things. I am continually trying my best to be present in the moment so that I can live fully and passionately each day. I enjoy having deep, meaningful conversations but I also like joking around and laughing a lot. I love making people smile and feel appreciated.
My (Meyers Briggs) personality type is INFJ, which is apparently the most rare! Although I'm introverted, I am very social and always love meeting new people and having wacky conversations :) In my time by myself, I like watching Spanish TV shows, listening to a variety of music, and reading just about anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first time couchsurfing, I was 19 and stayed with three guys by myself in Dublin. Needless to say, my friends all thought I was crazy! (I didn't dare tell my parents). My host Amauri and his flat mates could not have been more awesome. I felt completely safe, comfortable, and welcome and they showed me a great time in Dublin!
Since then, I have surfed numerous couches throughout Italy, to Greece, from Seattle, to Chicago... I have cooked, laughed, played games, done yoga, explored cities, watched movies, exchanged music, and learned from some incredible people that I'll never forget.
