I am a Dutch woman that is living in Cusco for a few years now. One of my passions is traveling, so I have seen a lot of the treasures of mother earth, like the jungle and the world of animals/plants and medicine, diving in the magic sea and a whole different world opens up, climbing snowy mountains and get a inscribe view and feel like a condor ready to take off, getting on the back of a horse and feel the connection between you and the animal in the elements of the nature, discover all different people from different cultures and there lifestyles/way of thinking/buildings/castles and huts. So inspiring! My dream is to travel space one day...

I escaped the system what caught me for so many years and I found my happiness in the Andes of Peru. Don’t ask me why, I just don’t know… but found home where I thought I was lost.

Feel me a goddess in the magnificent universe where we are living... Deep centred in my soul where I can live all the passion what I have inside of me. I make my life the way I want it to be, create my reality just how I like it to be. I am responsible for my life and take good care for it. Love to ride in the flow of life and see where it gets me. Live my dreams and even more….

Soy una mujer que vive en Cusco hace unos años. Una de mis pasiones es viajar, así que he visto muchos de los tesoros de la madre tierra, como la selva, el mundo de los animales, las plantas y la medicina, he buceado en el mágico mar y ante mí, un mundo totalmente diferente se abrió, he escalado montañas nevadas y he podido ver y sentirme como un cóndor listo para despegar, estar a lomos de un caballo y sentir la conexión entre el animal y uno, la conexión con los elementos de la naturaleza, descubrir diferentes personas de diferentes culturas y estilos de vida, formas de pensar, formas de construir ya sea edificios, castillos o chozas. ¡Todo Tan inspirador!, Mi sueño es viajar al espacio algún día...

Me escapé del sistema que me tuvo atrapada durante muchos años y he encontrado mi felicidad en los Andes del Perú. No me preguntes por qué, no sé... pero encontré un hogar donde pensé que estaba perdido.
Me siento a una diosa en el magnífico universo donde vivimos... muy profundo al centro de mi alma dónde puedo vivir toda la pasión lo que tengo dentro de mí. Yo creo mi realidad justo como yo quiero que sea, yo hago de mi vida como quiero ser, soy responsable de mi vida y se cuidar de ella. Amo a montar en el flujo de la vida y ver a dónde me lleva. Vivir mis sueños y aún más...

Creatividad, pasión, amor, alegría y verdad interior son para mí los dulces de la vida. Un placer disfrutar del momento, estar presentes y disfrutar el ahora... Todos los demás es una ilusión.

Soy de mente abierta, amor aventura y aprender cosas nuevas, sorpréndeme con tus dones y compartiré los míos, conseguiremos un buen balance de intercambio y enriqueceremos nuestras vidas para siempre...

Sophia cottage

This small hospedaje is located in the secret valley of the incas just one hour from Cusco-Peru in the beautiful countryside of Urubamba. We offer comfortable privet rooms for short and longer stays and we have a dormitory for the low budget travelers. There are hot showers a big full equipped vegetarian kitchen, living and a beautiful garden with mountain view. Sophia cottage is a quiet place to complete, create, paint, meditate, read, write, practice yoga, practice music or just relax in the beautiful garden.

A perfect place to enjoy the nature and the Inca history. Sophia cottage is in the middle of the nature and plenty ways to connect with the surroundings by foot or by horseback. You will find Inca temples, lagoons, big rock formation, all kind of birds, butterflies, flowers and plants. We are close to Ollantatambo a famous historic inca town where you can get the train to Aqua’s calientes the base town for the world wonder Machu Picchu. The famous Inca trail and the Larus trekking start close from the house and a day trip to Maras/Moray and Salineres is worth a visit. Plenty options to get out of the touristic places and wonder by you're self in the nature and the inca history. Chicon mountain is a nice climb for the adventures people and drop down to enjoy the Larus hot springs after the hard work ;)

We offer meditation, couching, medicine work with the teacher plants. We can make nice vegetarian meals and superfood smoothies for a fair price. The neighbors make the traditional peruvian food, cuy or lomo saltado to experience the real Peruvian lifestyle. They offer laundry service too. We can connect with good quero’s shamans and shamans from the jungle. We work with them and they can do a coca reading, pago (offering to pacha mama), limpieza (energy cleaning), medicine with teacher plants and other work with you.

We have plenty information for you’re stay in Urubamba/Cusco/Peru and can even guide you by one or more day (mistic) hikes or organize it for you. We work with several social project and you are welcome to visit them, do some vulentering work or buy fair trade products of them.
