Jamal has hosted hundreds of people in Syria and surfed with many others around the world. Danielle joined CS in 2011 and has enjoyed both hosting and surfing in Europe and the US. We love meeting new people from all over the world.

Danielle hiked to the Ciudad Perdida (the Lost City) in Colombia's Sierra Nevadas. absolutely beautiful. the indigenous people kept the city a secret and it was left untouched by the rest of the world for over 500 years until being re-encountered 40 years ago. amazing!

She also came face to face (literally within 3 feet!) with an orca whale while on a small boat in Canada. She watched as a lion sauntered past her car in Nairobi national park. Her heart was racing, so fast.

Jamal swam in the Red Sea and saw some of the most exquisite coral reefs in the world. He comes from Aleppo, one of the world's oldest cities, and has traveled to 18 U.S. states since arriving here 3 years ago.
