ABOUT ME

Decided to quit my job, quit my rent and give away my stuff to travel the world. I started my first big trip alone in Januari 2012 with Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia and now conquering the rest of Asia. Always looking for a place to crash. I have cookies!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.

兴趣

Writing silly stories, dancing on beaches, watching water buffalo's bathe, painting, eating stuff from trees, cicadas (specially dead ones), photography, Indonesian reggae music, flying kites, and I would love to learn how to play chess.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hitch-hiking through Thailand and Laos, sitting in the back of police cars and cement trucks, listening to amazing stories.

Living in a jungle for six months. Learning to catch fish with my hands, sleeping on the riverbanks, celebrating weddings, baby's, birthdays and life.

Working in a rubber plantation in Sumatra, cutting the trees, fighting mosquito's and selling the rubber in local markets. Now I know where my beloved flip-flops come from!
