Oh hello! My name is Danielle, I am from a far away land known as Canada. I would consider myself to be a very social being as I love chatting with people and I am always looking for ways to keep life exciting. I have a background in art & design, so I do enjoy an occasional drawing session and I'm kind of a film geek. On my spare time you may also find me on the beach attempting to build a sand sculpture, or outside somewhere playing hide-and-go-seek. I also enjoy making a good fort, unfortunately I just haven't had the means to do so these past few months. You may be wondering, but yes, I am technically a 24-year old adult. I think spontaneity is important, and putting myself in situations that take courage is liberating. Before I came to Australia 10 months ago I never ate Indian food or fruit now I love both. Crazy, right? Thunderstorms truly excite me and I'm insanely passionate about animals. Meow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well you see, I am very keen to have a couchsurfing experience (yes, I'm a CS virgin) but I can only imagine it to be extremely rewarding and the best way to gain some fantastic experiences. Being invited into someone's home can take a lot of trust for both parties, and if all goes well, it makes me believe humans aren't so bad after all. I mean, humans are pretty great!
