CURRENT MISSION

A friend of mine told me about this site. She told me how amzing there storie's where. She is a very active member so I decided to try it out! In february I will go for 3 months to cannes in france. And I would like to meet people there to show me around!

ABOUT ME

I'm a positieve person, with a passion for traveling. My personality can best be descriped as enthousiastic, honest, very cheerful and impulsive! I'm not a stobern person, and I'm very social! I am 21 years old and live in bruges, the cite of chocolate (I EXTREMELY ADORE CHOCOLATE!!)I'm in my third year of nursing school and I love to be a nurse. I care about people and love to help them! At home I have two dogs,they make me smile every day! I like animals, almost all animals. (Only spiders scare the crap out of me!)I also have a boyfriend, who I am verry much in love with for almost 5 years now!:D My hobby's playing sports. The sport I play is not know in a lot of countries because it is inventis in Belgium. In dutch it is calles: krachtbal. If you translated it: powerbal.I'm also a monitrice with Kazou Brugge. I go on camps with youngsters and give them a great time! I do activities with them and let them have an amizing journey. I also like to read, it can calm me down after a hard day in the hospital. My favourite books are the eragon books by christopher paoline! It are fantasy books that I love to read.Also something I would like to share is that I'm a person that get's lost where ever I am! I even got lost one time on my way to school. :)I'm also someone who likes to try out new things. Thats how I learn to snowboard en to surf. I think this is about everything that it to know about me! If you have any request I would love to anwser them!

PHILOSOPHY

My vision of life is carpe diem. I like to stand up with a smile and go to bed with a smile.
I would like to qoute here from the movie 'into the wild': happines is only real when shared. I couldnt imagine my life without my friends, my love or my family. You can never know to much people!! That is why I would like to meet new ones! I live for love, for friendship and for happines! All three of them are in my life. I'm blessed with what I have!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to visit people in Cannes when I do my internship there. I will be staying there from the 3th of february until the end of april. It would be verry nice if someone could show me around and even pick me up and bring me to my adres where I will be staying. (Because I'm a disaster in the road, I always get lost!) If you would like me to show you around in bruges, I would love to do that! just ask :D

Interests

I'm interessted in the storie's that people have to tell. I would like to know how people think and how they look at there life and at the world. Sharing a vision and getting to know someone who live's at the other end of the world seems verry exciting to me! Maybe I can learn some people how to play my sport, so it will be know also outside of belgium:D
I'm also intressted in sports like snowboarding and surfing. New sports I'm happy to learn!
In the summer I like to go to a music festival called tomorrowland! It's a great festival with amazing shows and preformance! You just have to go to there! I'm also a huge fan of amusment parks like six flags! No better way to spend my day!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books are my favourite! I already told you about eragon. My number two is classic: Harry potter. I understand why you can think it's lame. But for me, it's a world I love. The world of magic :D
Movies are the same ass my books. But I wouldnt say no to a chickflick or a comedy!
Music style is about everything, I like R&b, hip hop, pop, salsa, reggea, jack johnson,... I love to sing along with disney songs!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been in the first and only double looping slide in a swimming pool in the world!! It was with Kazou and we where in Oberau. It's was amazing!
When I was visiting Lisbon I visitid the second largest aquarium in the world. What a feeling! I felt so tiny than!
I'm going on an internship for three months in cannes and I'm really looking forward to that!
