About Me
Hello fellow surfers! I am currently working as a travel and landscape photographer and am determined to photograph the beauty of each country I visit. I'm incredibly excited for the opportunity to meet new people, dive into culture and fall in love over and over again with the beauty of this planet!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I have heard SO much good about this community. I am really into the idea of a shared community and connecting with locals all around the world. What better way to dig in than being a guest in a local's house?
Interests
I am one of those people that simply wants to get out of my comfort zone every chance I get. So my more basic interests are constantly changing. One month I may really be into rock climbing, the next into painting. I feel like there is no limit to what I can accomplish if I only give it a try!
- photography
- working out
- hiking

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I survived altitude sickness! But really. I decided to go solo hiking in the cascade mountain range of Washington last year and did not take enough time to acclimate to the altitude (coming from Florida which is below sea level to an altitude of 4,000ft+). After getting to the top of the hike, the last mile of which was basically just 4-point contact scrambling at 6,700ft.. I couldn't breathe. I got back down the mountain and got on the next flight back home.
Brave, amazing.. but also stupid.
What I Can Share with Hosts
What I can share with any lovely human being that decides to be my friend and give me shelter is endless sassy humor paired with deep, philosophical stories about my journey as a solo female traveler and how it is that I got to be here. I'm a mean organizer and leave every place more clean than it was when I arrived.
I want to be a helpful friend for the duration that I will have you in my life! (And hopefully stay connected with you once I move on!)
