ABOUT ME
My husband and I love traveling. The best trips have always had good local hosts. I love the idea of couch surfing because I love meeting new people, showing people a good time and hosting.
We are feminists, believe in equality, quirky, educated, urban. We love Seattle and have good recommendations to share.
I really like finding ridiculous things at thrift stores, all sorts of crafts (sewing, knitting, paper mache, painting), biking around the canal here in Seattle, and traveling and learning about diff cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I think the ideal situation would be hosting a traveling solo woman or pair who are from another country. We would be especially excited to host someone from a country that we have visited (check the list).
I had a couch surfer last year (but it's not accounted for on CouchSurfing). It was a fun experience. Turned out that my surfer and my roommate knew each other from college 2,000 miles away. Small world.
