Hello, my name is Daniel I’m from Auckland, New Zealand! Life has blessed me with the opportunity to travel and experience new cultures, meet new souls and I feel so grateful. I am currently living in Los Angeles and pursuing my dream in photography. I have been fortunate to have made many friends in the couchsurfing community through hangouts and stays with hosts.

I have been told that I have a very gentle and calm energy. I consider myself spiritual and am continuously refining ‘my truth’ as I awaken and learn. I like to make decisions guided by my intuition and energy. I am considerate, self-aware, positive and outgoing. I exercise daily and practice yoga, meditation. I enjoy cooking Indian and Chinese food and have lately been meal prepping and intermittent fasting which has been great.

I would love the opportunity to stay with a local and share my passions, cooking and laughter with you. I truly love this community and can’t wait to host you all in New Zealand!

I can speak conversational Mandarin, perform a Haka from home and do a varial flip on a skateboard. I also played basketball for 11 years in school (even had dreams to become an NBA player as we all do haha) so let’s go shoot. A lot of things I’d love to teach and of course photography and cameras.
