I am an avid meditation retreat-er. I play soccer a lot. I'm learning Spanish. I'm a web developer living in Denver, CO.

My interests include Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, intentional work and comfort zone challenges. I also love to dance: ballroom, West Coast, country, you name it. I play soccer a lot. And travel, of course.

Music: Bubblegum pop (the poppiest pop out there), oldies, jazz, alt/indie, country

Books: Tim Ferris, Albert Camus, Dostoevsky and the other Russians, Harry Potter...

Movies: Cheesy comedies and kid movies are my favorites, though I also love LotR, Crash, the Hobbit, and so many more

This is a hard one... I'll go with the six-week silent meditation retreat. Very challenging, very rewarding
